Strange tick mark when hovering over OK button

We need to look into what might be causing that strange tick mark to appear near another button when we hover over the OK button on certain pages... It's minor, but it's annoying.

Looked into this a bit...

I went into the dev tools in Chrome and Safari and manually applied the 'hover' attribute to the button in question. Doing that doesn't recreate the issue. So it's somehow when the mouse is actually over it, but not strictly the hover event...

Also checked if it was the fact that we only linked to one of the glyphicon files, but that wasn't it. Also wasn't the location of our script tags.

It's got me stumped...
