Numeric Typeclasses?

I wanted to possibly contribute to your typeclass package but I wanted to get your insight and approval

I wanted to replicate the classes found [here](https://a-guide-to-the-purescript-numeric-hierarchy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/introduction.html)

What do you think.  Should these classes go here or in a separate numeric package?
