Dear Jieshuo developer,

My name is Svaroop and I am writing to you today to report a problem I am having with the July 7th version of Jieshuo.
I am using a Samsung Galaxy M20 phone and I have noticed that this version of Jieshuo is consuming a lot of battery.
I have tried activating the power saver mode in Jieshuo settings to prevent battery consumption, but this has not solved the problem. In fact, after activating power saver mode, I am facing two additional problems:

1. The jieshuo does not read long messages at all in Telegram, Nekogram, and Nekogram X.
2. The jieshuo does not say anything in the number keyboard which opens while first time login with mobile number in any application like WhatsApp, GPay, Telegram.

Additionally, I have noticed that even though I always use espeak as my text-to-speech engine, Jieshuo still keeps Google Text-to-Speech running in the background.
I can see this by going to the Developer Settings on my phone and checking the Running Services. There, I see one service and three processes for Jieshuo, one for the main process, one for espeak, and one for Google Text-to-Speech Engine.
I even completely disabled Google Text-to-Speech on my phone, but Jieshuo still ran perfectly fine with espeak. This leads me to believe that Jieshuo is unnecessarily keeping Google Text-to-Speech running in the background, which is contributing to the battery drain.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and fix it in a future version of Jieshuo.
