noctalia-shell reloading configuration multiple times on startup #1283

Description
When starting the system (nixos) I start the noctalia-shell with a systemd service.
Then the bar disappears and reappers multiple times, until it stays visible.
It is not a major issue, since the bar after a few reload cycles stabilizes. But I'm curious why it reloads in the first place, since the configuration via settings.json does not change after starting the service.
For context, I don't preserve the state from the noctalia-shell outside of the settings.json and the .cache/noctalia directory.
The fallback file gui_settings.json get's recreated on every reboot by noctalia-shell.
Expected Behavior
The bar to load and not reload the config multiple times on startup.
Is it possible to add the cause for the configuration reload to the service output? (Maybe it's already there and I just didn't see it)
