Right now we're only testing on open llama 3b

I would like to do more overall integration tests in parallel on:

a tiny model, on each PR, on both cpu and gpu; Candidate: tinyllama stories 260k
meta llama 8b. this is the smallest Official (TM) meta model. This may be slow if not cached & shouldn't be done every PR if it takes 10+ minutes
