Parsing form that contains checbox with multiple values.

Hi,
(This is my first post on github, I am sorry if I am not following all the conventions for posting. Any pointers in this regard would be appreciated.)

I am trying to pass some values in addition to a picture from a html form.
When I use formidable to parse only the last value in what should have been an array is retained.
like this issue #483 , however while reading trough that issue this seems to have been resolved.
If I use the form.on and just print the values all my values are there.

My HTML code:

    </fieldset>
    <input type="file"  id="myFile" name="myFile" />
    <input type="submit" />
  </form>

My NODE.JS code:

app.post('/', async function (req, res) {

    var form = new formidable.IncomingForm();    

    form.on('field',function (name,value) {
        console.log(value);
});
        form.parse(req, function (err, fields, files) {
            console.log(fields);
        });
})

TERMINAL ACTUAL(if all boxes are checked):

DOG
CAT
BAT
FROG
{ typeOfForm: '4', animals: 'FROG' }

TERMINAL EXPECTED(if all boxes are checked):

4
DOG
CAT
BAT
FROG
{ typeOfForm: '4', animals: ['DOG', 'CAT', 'BAT', 'FROG'] }

Am I using formidable wrong or is this use case not supported by the parse function?
Any help or insight would be appreciated.

Sorry for late response, I had to rewrite some of my code and try to understand import vs require, but with version 3.2.4 it works. Thank you for the quick response.

I just tried your example and I get
