Add `CockpitWidget` and/or `BreakoutSessionWidget` to `default_widget_layouts.json`

Currently, the default_widget_layouts.json file does not include CockpitWidget and BreakoutSessionWidget. Adding these widgets would provide users with more flexibility and customization options for their dashboard layouts.

Proposed Solution:

• Modify default_widget_layouts.json to include CockpitWidget and BreakoutSessionWidget.

• Ensure proper configuration and positioning of these widgets within the default layout.

• Provide documentation on how users can customize or disable these widgets if necessary.
