1. Definitions

"Software" means the Pörssiohjain source code, documentation, configuration,
assets, and related materials in this repository.

"Personal Use" means use by a private individual for that individual's own
private household purposes, without offering the Software or a hosted instance
to customers, clients, tenants, users outside the household, or any other third
party.

"Commercial Use" means any use connected to a business, trade, profession,
commercial service, paid service, resale, SaaS offering, managed hosting,
consulting delivery, customer installation, or any activity intended to produce
direct or indirect commercial benefit.

2. Permission for Personal Use

You may view, copy, modify, and run the Software solely for Personal Use.

You may run a private self-hosted instance for your own household use, provided
that you do not offer that instance to third parties and do not use it for
Commercial Use.

You may submit changes back to the original upstream project as contributions.
By submitting a contribution, you grant the copyright holder a perpetual,
worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, sublicense, and distribute that
contribution as part of the Software and related commercial products or
services.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not, without prior written permission from the copyright holder:

- use the Software for Commercial Use;
- sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize the
  Software;
- offer the Software or any modified version as a hosted service, SaaS product,
  managed service, or service for third parties;
- provide the Software as part of a paid customer installation, integration,
  support package, consulting engagement, or similar commercial offering;
- remove or obscure copyright, license, or attribution notices;
- use the project name, trademarks, logos, or branding in a way that suggests
  endorsement, affiliation, or an official service without permission.

4. Commercial Licensing

Commercial licenses and permissions may be available separately from
Nitramite Tmi. Contact the copyright holder if you want to use the Software for
business purposes, customer hosting, resale, or any other Commercial Use.

5. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall the copyright
holder be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out
of, or in connection with the Software or the use of the Software.

6. Termination

Any permission granted by this license terminates automatically if you violate
its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete any
copies in your possession or control, unless you have received separate written
permission from the copyright holder.

7. Reservation of Rights

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this license. All other
rights are reserved by the copyright holder.
