The tickets remain in "To Do" status because:
- Jira workflow transitions require specific transition IDs that vary by project
- The Jira MCP tool currently only supports updating ticket fields, not transitioning status
- Manual intervention may be required to move tickets to "Done" status in Jira UI
To complete the status transition:
- Visit each ticket in Jira UI: https://nortal.atlassian.net/browse/[TICKET-ID]
- Use the workflow transition button to move to "Done" status
- Alternatively, work with project admin to enable automation rules for PR merges
