Test result of installing notation plugin in v1.1.0

This doc summarizes the test result of installing notation plugins in v1.1.0 as we introduced the plugin management commands notation plugin in v1.1.0 and provides suggestions to plugin vendors to improve the plugin installation experience.

Install Notation AWS Signer plugin

Install from an URL

Not supported.

Suggestion: publish the SHA256 checksum on the website.

Install from a local file

Success.
