So I published a package on npm and later someone copied it (actually a few people copied it, one person more recently). They copied the repo and republished it with a different name. I don't really care that much that they copied it (although there seems to be no point) but what bothers me is that my "quality" was rated 20% and theirs was supposedly "46%". I am guessing that is just because they published their copy more recently. The only thing different about their copy of the repo is that they put their IDE config file garbage in github (and also published it to npm I believe).
