Setup button redirects to 127.0.0.1 (refused to connect) since Stream Deck 7.3

Description:
Previously, when the plugin stopped working, I could fix it by uninstalling the plugin and running the Setup again to re-enter my Spotify Developer keycodes.

However, since Stream Deck version 7.3, when I press the Setup button it redirects me to 127.0.0.1, and the browser shows the error:

This site can’t be reached
127.0.0.1 refused to connect

Because of this, I can't complete the setup process or re-enter the Spotify Developer credentials.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the plugin
2. Click the Setup button
3. Browser opens a 127.0.0.1 page
4. The browser shows "This site can’t be reached – 127.0.0.1 refused to connect"

Expected behavior:
The setup page should open normally so the Spotify Developer keycodes can be entered.

Additional information:

• Issue started occurring after updating to Stream Deck 7.3
• Reinstalling the plugin does not fix the problem

Hi @WaitUwU @q8webmaster - does it redirect you to the correct port? You can verify the port in by checking the property inspector ( the options ) of the Setup button. Let me know!

I was able to fix this issue by replacing the "Automatically updated" plugin version by Elgato Stream Deck with the one from Github. First Uninstalled the current automatically updated version, and then I installed the Github version. It showed me the correct port immediately and I was able to do the setup seamlessly. It seems like the auto-update feature in Stream deck app breaking the active setup. I will uncheck "Automatically update" option from the plugins section in Stream Deck and depend on Github releases only.

Ok i just update StreamDeck to the new 7.3.1 and now i can do setup
