Yarn install doesn't work

Problematic behavior
When I run "Yarn install" I get this error : ERROR: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'install'

Steps to Reproduce

1. Do this…
2. Then this…
3. And then the bug happens!

Environment
VS Code / Ubuntu 22.04
