implement inline aspects for ocamlobjinfo, ocamlcmt #26
Description
Currently we have @tools_opam//aspects:ocamlobjinfo.bzl%info --output_groups=objinfo. But since ocamlobjinfo and ocamlcmt are in the standard SDK and thus the toolchain, we can make these inline aspects.
Selected by output_groups:
- modinfo
- siginfo
- archinfo
- cmtinfo
