scrollSpeed breaking scroll

When I add scrollSpeed to the carousel with any value the carousel no longer scrolls normally, it is manual with no fluid movement.

Also you cannot use scrollToIndex it simply does nothing when scrollSpeed is used and scrollToItemBoundary no longer works.  Without scrollSpeed all other options work.

This used to work in 1.01.  Am I missing something?
