Cannot assign a team with requestReviewers in GH Actions

When running this script in GitHub Actions with the default github.token:

  await octokit.rest.pulls.requestReviewers({
    owner,
    repo,
    pull_number: 13752,
    team_reviewers: ['my-team'],
  });
}

await run();

I get the error

HttpError: Validation Failed: "Could not resolve to a node with the global id of 'T_kwDOAFzo9c4Ae0IP'." - https://docs.github.com/rest/pulls/review-requests#request-reviewers-for-a-pull-request
code: "422"

The id 'T_kwDOAFzo9c4Ae0IP' corresponds to the node_id of the correct team.

When I run the same code but setting an individual reviewer instead of a team, the call works.

  await octokit.rest.pulls.requestReviewers({
    owner,
    repo,
    pull_number: 13752,
    reviewers: ['johndoe'],
  });

Not sure if this is a permissions issue related to teams, or a bug.

Tried with gh CLI:

gh api repos/mentimeter/mm-js/pulls/13752/requested_reviewers ...

and got the same error. So it's probably a permissions issue.
