Contrapuntal melody #20

For a given melody line, create a contrapuntal melody line that complements the original melody. The contrapuntal melody:

  • should be in contrast to the original one
  • the two melody lines should not have the same note in the same time (at least most of the time)
  • should be structurally different but similar to the original one
  • should harmonically complement the original melody

This issue can make use of #24 in order to analyze the given melody first and possibly reuse some its parts in contrapunt.
