I'm using the property LocalizationFile = "wix\ru-RU.wxl" and Language = "ru-RU";
Somehow wix# ignores that file, and uses en-US localization, which is currently my system locale, but not what I want to see in the msi.
All ManagedUI dialogs are in English.

Then I downgraded wix# to 1.19.0, and it works just fine - all in Russian.
