Unused function and unused variable

When compiling with higher warning levels (-Wall -Wextra -Wunused) I receive the following warn message (or error message when compiling with -Werror

I know it's not really a issue but it prevents from compiling with -Werror

Using lib_deps = olikraus/U8g2@^2.36.5 with platformio and still get these errors with -Wall -Wextra -Werror
