Hi! I am long time user of this library and now also a member of ch32fun community. We provide support for Risc-V MCUs made by WCH, such as CH32V003, CH32V203, CH570 and many others. It is designed for minimal memory footprint, maximum speed and full control of all parts of your MCU.
I decided to make an example of how you can use u8g2 with ch32fun together https://github.com/monte-monte/u8g2-ch32fun-example/
I've made it to work with CH570/CH572 - the cheapest BLE enabled Risc-V MCU (15-30 cents a piece).
But it will be very easy to adapt it to any of the other supported MCUs, and I may expand the example in the future with more pre-made options.

I've seen you have a Risc-V section in https://github.com/olikraus/u8g2/wiki/Porting-to-new-MCU-platform, maybe you can add it there (or not). Also if you decide to try some of those MCUs I hope you'll try ch32fun, it's fun!
