Providers: Setup Paypal

Note: To access some of the features outlined below you'll need to have a Verified Business account.

From your Paypal dashboard, go to the "Business Info" page from the top menu

There you'll find your Merchant ID, among your other private info.

Clicking on the last option of the side menu will reveal the option for the API access.

There you'll be presented with two different types of authenitcation. Onscribe uses the API Signature type:

Clicking the link will reveal your private credentials. Although these credentials are not necessary for creating a subscription but essential for advanced options for your users. If not present in your provider details, your users will not be able to cancel the subscription through the Onscribe UI.

If at any point you want to stop using Onscribe you can reset the API credentials from this same screen.
