Upload date filter unexpectedly requires both start and end date

It seems that the upload date filter was recently refactor introducing a major regression in usability.

Before

I could configure "Start date" and "End date" independently. This allowed maximum flexibility, allowing me to e.g. filter "Images uploaded after 25/08/2025".

Now

"Start date" and "End date" are inconveniently unified, forcing me to specify both.

Preferred UX: the old one, which allows to configure the two fields independently. The time resolution can be reduced from hh-mm-ss to hh-mm (-> ignore seconds).
