We need to look at the DigiD-checklist to see the desired behaviour when SSO is enabled and match the functionality.

This ticket is a little bit of both a functional and technical issue: 1) Logout should work, also with SSO/OIDC, 2) Should we "always" logout the client after submitting the form, even when SSO is used?

For OIDC we need to store the id-token in the database to make sure the form can be logged out, even when a new form is started with a different auth backend.

Estimate: 1 week
