feat: Reactime v.26 frontend UI integration

Context

Reactime v.26 has a sophisticated, polished frontend UI originally built for the React/Chrome extension. Connecting the Reactime Native WebSocket + Redux pipeline to that frontend would give RN developers the familiar Reactime experience and benefit from the work of 60+ contributors.

Acceptance criteria

• Reactime Native data pipeline (WebSocket → Redux slices) is compatible with or adapted for Reactime v.26's component expectations
• Snapshot timeline, state tree, and diff views render correctly with RN data
• No regression in existing Reactime v.26 functionality for web targets
