Initial Data - ValidationSequence

Background:
The ValidationSequence array allows to manage the ValidationFunctions that get executed after an InterpretationFunction has been called.
The CDM is providing service paths for listing the entries of the ValidationSequence array and changing an individual entry.
The creation and deletion of entries is not provided to prevent operating errors.
Accordingly, creating a complete list of ValidationSequences, needs to be part of the specification.

Task:

• Create an entry in the ValidationSequence array for every (!) InterpretationFunction (=_trigger-function) that has been specified.
• Add references (_validation-function) to the ValidationFunctions that shall be run before copying CandidateDS into RunningDS.

While creating this issue the file documenting the initial parameter setting was located at /spec/InformationStructure/initialData/_03_ValidationSequenceData.yaml
