Doc count not getting incremented during Performance Testing

When user tried to do Performance testing for 40k Devices in TestLab, After inserting 10k CC into the device's the Doc count in ELK not incremented.
After invoking the API from Swagger, the Doc count started Incrementing like invoking the API's more than a time the Count got Incremented.

That is a bit weir behaviour.
Looking in git log history I found the same issue:

When we retest in simulator environment we observe following behaviour
1.Doc is increased in ELK until 35
2.Later the count in ELK doesnot change for ~40mins
3.Then at after all nodes complete fetching from MWDI ,then count is reaching to 10K.

But when we execute any of swagger api ,the count is increased inbetween time.
