Need service for retrieving the capabilities of the mediator VM #18
Description
Problem:
The xMediatorInstanceManager is expecting dedicated string values for identifying, e.g. the device-kind-name in the /v1/provide-mediator-instance service. If mediator VM would provide capability information, as for example the list of accepted values, higher application layer could support proper formulation of the request.
Potential Solution:
Adding another service for retrieving the Capabilities of the mediator VM.
