Threshold cross alarm on load of mediatorVM #46
Description
More and more mediatorProcesses are automatically added to the mediatorVMs until the engineering limit is reached.
This is not necessarily noticed by a human.
It may be useful to have a function that alerts a human to the need to instantiate additional mediatorVM resources.
Such function could be implemented as a threshold cross alarm on the load of the mediatorVMs.
