The time-of-latest-change in the current-alarm API is not updating in the cache. #1546
Description
In the API
/core-model-1-4:network-control-domain=cache/control-construct={mountName}/alarms-1-0:alarm-pac/current-alarms,
the time-of-latest-change attribute in the response is not being updated in the cache.
