Callback OutOfDomainServiceRequestCausesInquiryForAuthentication missing in OAS

The forwardingList contains the forwarding OutOfDomainServiceRequestCausesInquiryForAuthentication.
It is missing in the OAS and needs to be added.

At the time MDIP v.1.0.0 has been specified, it has been assumed that authenticating OutOfDomainServiceRequests will be a forwarding separated from authenticating OamRequests.
During specifying ApplicationPattern 2.1.0, it has been decided that it will be the same
OutOfDomainServiceRequestCausesInquiryForAuthentication + OamRequestCausesInquiryForAuthentication =
BasicAuthRequestCausesInquiryForAuthentication.

Anyway, all these forwardings are part of the ApplicationPattern implementation.
=>The gap cannot be closed by correcting the MDIP specification in this particular aspect, but by updating it to ApplicationPlattern v2.1.0.

Specification of AP 2.1.0 has just been issued and is several weeks behind MDIP v.1.0.0.
Provisioning of MDIP v.1.0.0/1.0.1 shall not be delayed until availability of AP 2.1.0.

MDIP needs to be updated to AP 2.1.0 in an MDIP v1.1.0 soon.
It shall support development of the RessourceAdapter to the MDOI in the FASTT project in the laboratory until then.
