NP - too many pending tasks

Problem:
Kafka shall be activated in production.
NP has a major issue.
There are too many pending tasks in the queue (NP issue#169).
The root cause has been identified to be in the ApplicationPattern.

Status:

• Fix bug in ApplicationPattern code
• Create new NPM package for ApplicationPattern
• Update NotificationProxy to use new ApplicationPattern package
• Publish NP with updated AP
• Test NP with updated AP
• Deploy NP with updated AP to production

The testing of NP with updated AP (with package onf-core-model-ap: 2.1.2-g) is successful in testbed environment.

The updated NP version v1.1.0.e_impl has been deployed in pre-production environment subscribed to controller connected with full load of devices and placed under observation for any performance related findings.

Note:
Observation after 24 hours :

• The application runs as expected.
• All device notifications are sent to Kafka successfully and controller notifications are notified directly to MWDI as expected without hanging or restart.
