The Device OAM Ports not supporting MAC, VLAN, ETH-Phy today

The current state of discussion is: The OAM Interface is an Ethernet Interface but behave different from a typical User-Plane Interfaces. In the past there was no urgent need to configure DCN with the Standard Model. But DCN Routing became an important topic and there is a real demand to discover der DCN Routing.

The discussion on supporting OAM shall be continued for later Version TR-532 e.g. 2.1

Might be this can be achieved in two steps:

1. DCN is integrated into MAC, MAC-FD,VLAN, Wire-Interface with existing Attributes as is in TR-532 V2.0 as – read only-
2. Configuring DCN by using a standard model
