1PPS+TOD interface require 2 external connectors

Some devices use two different connectors for the 1PPS+TOD interface. For example the 1PPS signal is available via a DIN 1.0/2.3 connector and the TOD is available via a RJ45 connector.

Unfortunately, the ltp-augment-1-0 module only allows LTP to be bound to one connector, and some modification may be required to support this type of interface as well.

The Synchronization modelling is administrating the one pulse per second and the time of day signals in a single OnePpsPlusTod_Pac class.
If the augmented LP/LTP would reference two physical connectors, it would not be unambiguous which logical signal could be retrieved on which physical connector.
Instead it is proposed to replace the OnePpsPlusTod_Pac by two separate OnePps_Pac and Tod_Pac classes, this way of modelling allows having two separate LP/LTP that might reference to different physical connectors.

Decision during the LF ONMI x-haul meeting on 19th of November 2025:

The following changes to be made to the Synchronization modelling:

• the existing OnePpsPlusTod_Pac class has to be marked to be deprecated

• a new OnePpsLpSpec class to be created

• a specify between the new OnePpsLpSpec class and the LayerProtocol class to be created
  the target to be defined to be "/CoreModel:ControlConstruct:ControlConstruct/CoreModel:LogicalTerminationPoint:LogicalTerminationPoint/CoreModel:LogicalTerminationPoint:LayerProtocol"

• a When condition with layerProtocolName='LAYER_PROTOCOL_NAME_TYPE_PPS_LAYER' to be added

• a new OnePps_Pac class to be created

• a 1:1 composite association from OnePpsLpSpec class to OnePps_Pac class to be created
  the resulting attribute inside the OnePpsLpSpec class to be renamed to _onePps_Pac attribute

• The following new attributes to be added to the new OnePps_Pac class:

  • read-only deactivatingOnePpsInterfaceIsAvail: Boolean = false with comment "If true, the device supports deactivating the one pulse per second interface."
  • read-only deactivatingTimeOffsetIsAvail: Boolean = false with comment "If true, the device supports deactivating the delay compensation on this one pulse per second interface."
  • read-only operationalDirectionOfOnePpsPort: PortDirection = "UNIDENTIFIED_OR_UNKNOWN" with comment "Indicates whether this one pulse per second interface is used as an input or output port."
  • read/write onePpsInterfaceIsOn: Boolean = true with comment "If true, the one pulse per second interface is activated."
  • read/write timeOffsetIsOn: Boolean = true with comment "If true, the delay compensation is activated on this one pulse per second interface."
  • read/write timeOffset: Integer = -2147483648 (unit ns) with comment "The delay compensation value of this one pulse per second interface."

• a new TodLpSpec class to be created

• a specify between the new TodLpSpec class and the LayerProtocol class to be created

  • read/write todInterfaceIsOn: Boolean = true with comment "If true, the time of day interface is activated."
  • read/write externalTimePortDataset: ExternalTimePortDataset with comment "The status dataset of this port."
  • read/write timeOffset: Integer = -2147483648 (unit us) with comment "The delay compensation value of this time of day interface."
