Short summary
having trace log enabled breaks bash completions when running in a user shell
Observed behavior
Similar to #349
When the trace log exists, subsequent bash completions fail because sdbootutil tries to open the log (I pressed tab after "--st"):
sudo sdbootutil --st/usr/bin/sdbootutil: line 19: /var/log/sdbootutil.log: Permission denied
bash: The: command not found
bash: Remove: command not found
bash: Audit: command not found
Expected behavior
Bash completions should work even with the trace log existing
Steps to reproduce
1. run a sdbootutil command to enable the trace log
2. Enter sdbootutil -- and press TAB
3. See error
