Elements to add?

The following questions came up when going through the hidden texts marked as "LATER" in NeTEx_Core-Realisation_Guide_TP_Suisse-v0.8.8.5.docx

I suppose it's OK we don't have:

• StopPlace/Quay - gml:Polygon - we could mention it as a distant-future thing
• StopPlace/Quay - PublicUse - we could mention it, but we currently do PublicUse only
• StopPlace - Covered - would be nice, but no data
• Train - this will happen with the formation use case. We don't need to cover it here
• TrainComponent - this will happen with the formation use case. We don't need to cover it here
• TrainElement - this will happen with the formation use case. We don't need to cover it here
• Line - TypeOfLine - yes, we will use LineType
• NoticeAssignment - NoticedObjectRef - you are sure?

Is it OK not to have?

• StopPlace - LimitedUse (Sagliains) - we should add it
• StopPlace - AccessibiltyAssessment - we don't have the data, but we could mention it.
• StopPlace/Quay - facilities -> SiteFacilitySet - we don't have the data, but we could mention it.
• StopPlace/Quay - localServices - we need to discuss this
• CheckConstraint - AccessFeatureType - comes with CheckConstraint
• CheckConstraint - FacilityRef - comes with CheckConstraint

CheckConstraint doesn't seem to be documented at all yet. - yes, we need a PR here

Line - ResponsibiltySet / OperatorRef / AdditionalOperatorRef : might need clarification - which to use, which not? - ok, we use it for additional Operators to the line.
