Check OpenEverest health with everestctl #1863

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Right now when OpenEverest is installed there is no way to easily understand if it is healthy and all its components are working properly.
Describe the solution you'd like
The idea is to have health command for everestctl. This command will provide the user the health status for OpenEverest listing issues if there are any. Possibly also showing how to solve these issues or debug them.
How would users interact with this feature?
everestctl status or everestctl health
Alternative solutions considered
We might add some check into API or UI, but if those do not work than it would be hard to get a health status.
