Unable to debug HashLink target if `lime.projectFile` is specified

If you specify a project file in the settings and you're trying to launch a debug session on HashLink, it will fail with an error like this one.
`Failed to start hl process (spawn export/debug/hl/bin/Funkin ENOENT)`
