Add the installation prefix of "OpenIGTLink" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set

"OpenIGTLink" provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it
has been installed.

can you elaborate more about the error? you need to set the OpenIGTLink_DIR to openigtlink build directory during your project configuration
