在beforeSendSingleMsg 中设置timeout为:3600.客户端没有等到服务器做出回应.已提示用户图片或者视频发送失败.

目前确实已经出现过这种问题，图片或者视频调用七牛视频、图片审核时。客户端已提示用户发送失败。但此时该图片和视频还在七牛审核中，服务端还未获得七牛的结果。
