Add automatic CC for all emails

Consider adding an option or setting to automatically cc a general mailbox address or a particular individual on all Janeway communications, including automatic notifications. This would ensure someone has a copy of important emails that don't get added to the log, such as direct communications with the author created by clicking the envelope icon in metadata or the unassigned stage. For some reason, these messages don't get captured in the system log even though they're sent through Janeway, and it's important to have a record of what's said—particularly in unusual situations. Right now there's no way to retrieve these, not even date/and time with a subject, and there's no record even of a direct communication having been sent.

I'm imagining this as a mailbox set up and maintained by the journal manager/managing editor role, so that individual has a record of every system communication.
