Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a submitting author to a Janeway journal or repository/preprint server, I would like my co-authors to be notified when a submission has been accepted to the journal/repository.

As a journal or repository manager, I would like to enable submitting authors to opt into sending article acceptance notifications to co-authors with valid email addresses, similar to other journal platforms.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a new toggle setting at the journal or repository level: email co-authors upon acceptance. This option should enable a new email template, eg, "Co-author acceptance email" (journal) "Co-author publication email" (repository).

When the setting is toggled, submitting authors should new a new option on the authors page: email co-authors upon acceptance. The submitting author's selection should be visible on the summary page they see prior to submission.

When the article is accepted, co-authors should receive an email which a) informs them that their article has been accepted (journal) / published (repository), and b) that they are receiving the email because their submitting author opted into mailing co-authors upon acceptance.

The email could also be used to do other things, e.g. a) invite co-author to connect their ORCID iD (activate their account, connect to frozen author record, etc), b) invite co-author to confirm their name and affiliation display.
