[FEATURE] Platform page suggestion

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I have a suggestion for the structure of the Platform page: https://opensearch.org/platform/index.html.

What solution would you like?

When I arrive there, it feels like I'm on the home page: what OpenSearch is, some customer references, and three highlighted use cases. I think all of that should be removed, and just focus on the different components of the platform and it's features.

What alternatives have you considered?

Start with the components of the platform: Core, Dashboards, Data Prepper.

Do you have any additional context?

I think the page would be more effective if we focus on specific (rather than repeated) content.

I'm actually in favor of this. It's pretty much bloat.
