Update Medik8s OCP Lanes

• Medik8s operators don't need CI with OCPs older than the last EUS OCP - Remove CI jobs/lanes for OCP versions older than the last EUS OCP (4.20)
• Use the last RHWA-25.9 release version for OPERATOR_RELEASED_VERSION - Updating the 4.20 lane on main branch with a newer OPERATOR_RELEASED_VERSION
• Add 4.21 OCP lane to main branch of Medik8s repos - Include the upcoming OCP version for CI testing, but don't add it to the last release branch
• Refactor openshift-e2e step names -Avoid using e2e in the name and make it clearer when reviewing the log results of each step
• Apply make update
