"This item is not compatible with your current Chrome version"

Hi, uh... I'd been running a trusty version of Chromium v124 for ages. Then I tried updating to v141 the other day. So far, so good.
Had issues unrelated to extensions, so I went back to v124.
Now I noticed that Stylus was gone. Went back to the Chrome Web Store to re-install it, but it says "This item is not compatible with your current Chrome version" now.
What does that mean? Is my Chromium too old for the current version? Or is Stylus currently marked as incompatible with Chrome because of something like the MV3 war against anything useful?

Stylus for ManurefestV3 requires Chrome 128. You can install the ManifestV2 version from our releases.

Thank you. I happened to do exactly that. I think the DB was still gone, but I had a backup.
