- Find and contact partners
- Create a short presentation or pitch to convince stakeholders
- Set up application forms
- Find and contact coaches
- Make overview of regional schools and courses
- Set up application forms
- Send application forms to schools
- Optional: find "student ambassadors" that will pitch oSoc to other students.
- You can give them an ambassador "pitch pack" with a presentation, pitch, posters, stickers, a t-shirt etc. to give them a kick start.
