[Feature Request]: Support gpt-oss-120b and 20b

Appreciate your efforts for enhancing ov, 2025.3.0 have lots of improvement :)

Anyway I request model support of gpt-oss (120b and 20b)
Maybe 20b works on arrow lake h or lunar lake and also intel dGPU.

It makes more possibilities for adapting b2g service and solutions.

Hi. Is there any way to try out an early version that supports this? The CVS link posted above appears to be inside the Intel firewall so I can't see what it's about. Thanks!

you may try to build from the branch

and at this point it should convert and infere, however performance will be poor still - optimizations are coming
we should be ready within two weeks.
