historycache memory is too big #4678

opengrok version: 1.13.17

Our source project occupies 4.9G.
Then in historycache/, the cached project occupies 107G, increased by 20 times.

For example, main.cpp:
26K Sep 19 22:01 Main.cpp
1.9M Sep 19 22:01 Main.cpp.t

Is there any way to make historycache memory smaller?
