Moving from Concourse Garden to a container runtime environment

Setting up the Docker environment in the Concourse CI/CD pipeline is stuck at "Setting up Docker environment..." and is getting cgroups mountpoint errors from the entrypoint.sh file. This issue occurs when running Docker containers inside a Docker container, especially in a CI/CD environment like Concourse, when moving from Concourse Garden to a container runtime environment.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue in the container runtime environment?
