UI: Order pipeline jobs alphabetically instead of by length of name.

Summary

As of now, the jobs are always ordered by the length of the job name. I don´t understand the logic behind it and why it is hardcoded.
I think the majorety of concourse users would either like it sorted alphabetically, or at least have the option to choose by which way they want to order it.
In my project we sometimes have dynamically generated multi-branch pipelines, which can have lot´s of jobs.
And it always takes me an extra amount of seconds to find the correct job, when I have to execute something manually.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set a pipeline with couple of jobs with various name lengths
2. Observe that the order is by name length. Shortest is always on top and longest on bottom.
   This results in an order like this:
   

Expected results

Jobs should be ordered alphabetically or at least the user or operator should be able to choose the ordering method.

Actual results

The concourse ui always orders jobs by the length of the name.

Additional context

• Concourse version: 7.9.1 (I've seen it before too)
• Browser (if applicable): Doesn´t matter.
• Did this used to work? No.
