How to adjust CPU and memory limits in Docker Compose deployment mode?

i deploy concourse by docker-compose
but run failed when i try to start a cpp-program pipeline for g++ compile error:

g++: fatal error: Killed signal terminated program cc1plus

I tried adjusting the CPU and memory limits in docker-compose.yml, but it didn't work. Are there any other ways?
